    With over 15 years of dedicated service in healthcare, I am a seasoned Physician Assistant who pursued my education at the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. My diverse background includes valuable experience in neurosurgery, anesthesia, and occupational medicine, providing me with a robust foundation for my venture into aesthetics. Fueled by a passion for procedural excellence and a commitment to promoting holistic wellness, I have seamlessly transitioned into the field of aesthetics. Committed to staying at the forefront of advancements, I have undergone specialized training through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training and The National Laser Institute, a renowned aesthetic injectable training facility. My mission is to blend medical expertise with aesthetic artistry, enhancing the well-being and confidence of my clients through personalized and cutting-edge treatments.

    Dr. Aaron Gilson is a skilled surgeon and compassionate healer with a passion for improving lives through medical and aesthetic interventions. Dr. Gilson's journey in medicine began with a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's health and well-being. While in medical school, he was drawn to the complex interactions of physiology and anatomy which led him to the world of surgery. While completing his general surgery residency, the blend of creativity, artistry, and skill inherent in plastic surgery captivated him, guiding his career in a new direction.

    With a background in general surgery and having completed a dedicated residency in plastic surgery, Dr. Gilson possesses a unique set of skills that allow him to excel in the field of aesthetics. He further honed his expertise through an exclusive aesthetics fellowship, solidifying his proficiency in a wide range of procedures. Today, as the owner of a private plastic surgery practice, he offers an array of aesthetic services, including surgery, fillers, and Botox.

    Dr. Gilson's commitment to his craft is evident not only in his clinical work but also in his role as a collaborating physician. Since the early days of his surgical residency in 2013, he has been actively involved in instructing and mentoring medical professionals, including Physician Assistants (PAs) who specialize in injectables.
